S. Benjamin is a multi-disciplined financial professional.

Financial experiences range from; managing domestic equities, bonds, establishing retirement plans, Reg D 506 offerings, due diligence, establishing selling groups with broker/dealers, sourcing acquisition targets, assisting with the preparations for companies to go public/reverse merge, acquiring growth capital, valuations, pitchbooks and creating road shows.

Benjamin is the official money man for "America Tonight", a nationally syndicated radio program. From time to time he also guests hosts. He has also shot a business shows and on location interviews & exposés with CEOs of well over a 150 public companies.

He holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses in good standing.

Benjamin has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tulsa and has earned certificates from the following universities; Ecole Supérieure de Commerce d'Amiens Picardie - France, Université de Picardie Jules Verne - France, Université Laval - Canada and Southern Methodist University - Dallas, TX.

In his spare time Benjamin studies ancient Greek and Roman history along with western philosophy. He was a founder of the North Dallas Evening Rotary Club and was the President of the Helping Hands charity which is a fund raising arm of the Dallas Shelter for Victims of Domestic Violence.
